本中心將會收取 $430作為物料費用，在以下情況下：
- 如病人未能在約定時間到達洗腎房接受血液透析，上午病人應於上午六時三十分前及下午病人於上午十一時前通知當值護士
如病人到達洗腎房後因發燒或其它原因未能接受當天之血液透析 |

Remark:
HK$430 consumable charges will be charged for patient in following condition:
- Who is unable to have haemodialysis without inform the nurse in-charge of renal unit before 6:30AM for AM session or before 11:00 AM for PM session.
- Who is unable to have haemodialysis after arrived renal unit (e.g. fever, other medical problem)
